That's perfectly normal… and that's exactly why this intermediate course is for you! Here, there's no pressure: we take the time to get comfortable on the trails, understand the basics of downhill riding, and gradually build your confidence. Our friendly instructors are there to reassure you, guide you, and help you overcome your fears, at your own pace. Bike positioning, braking, first turns on a slope… you'll discover that everything becomes easier with the right advice 😊 The goal: to gain confidence, have fun, and leave with a smile (and a little pride too 😉)! Have your bike dropped off at the top of the prestigious passes surrounding the Serre Chevalier Valley: Col du Lautaret, Col du Galibier, Col du Granon, and enjoy the descent only. We have equipped vehicles and bike trailers.

LAUTARET PASS

20km (2 hours) family-friendly descent through the Serre Chevalier valley floor. A varied and fun route, with no particular difficulty, along the Guisane River. The route is signposted throughout.

Recommended bike: Standard 3-hour mountain bike tour

GALIBIER PASS

A 30km (2-3 hour) descent into the Serre Chevalier valley floor. The route is identical to the Lautaret route, with an 8km extension in the upper section, offering breathtaking views.

Recommended bike: Premium Rando Mountain Bike, 3 hours or a full day.

Regular departures throughout the day.

GRANON PASS

The Col du Granon provides access to a multitude of enduro-style singletrack trails: on the Serre Chevalier side toward Croix de Toulouse or Col de Buffère, or on the Clarée Valley side via Névache.

Biking recommended: VIP Day Tour MTB
